J.S. Bach, Prelude & Fugue in C Major – Well-Tempered Klavier, book 1, BWV 846

Playing for you J.S.Bach’s iconic prelude and fugue in C, BWV 846, from his well-tempered clavier (Wohltemperiertes Clavier), book 1, on my Saxon Clavichord.
This recording is the first of the July/August 2017 project, in which we’re about to play p&f n° 1-8, releasing every Tuesday at 5PM a new recording.
The coming months/year, we’ll add two more such projects to the channel, to come to the YouTube release of the 24 p&f’s of book one, after which, similar to the Partitas, all 24 will be rerecorded for release on CD /Vinyl.
